4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
Salt and freshly grounf black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Place the prepared prawns in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Meanwhile, make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Heat a small pan over medium heat. Melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Make sure they don't burn or the garlic will become bitter.
Add the white balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, and a pinch of salt and a twist or two of freshlygroundblackpepper. Stir until combined.
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Place the pan under the broiler and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the prawns turn pink and curl slightly.
Serve:
Sprinkle the prawns with chopped parsley before serving.
Serve warm with pasta or steamed rice and enjoy!
