Trading the boardroom for the kitchen, she enrolled in a prestigious culinary school in upstate New York, where she refined her skills and discovered her love for creating extraordinary flavors.
Her culinary path has been a global adventure, immersing her in diverse cuisines and techniques. From the vibrant flavors of Asian cooking to the refined elegance of Mediterranean dishes, her experiences around the world have shaped her unique, engaging teaching style.
For over two decades, Chef Eliane has inspired more than 500 students through her award-winning cooking classes in Cannes and Amsterdam. Known for her dynamic approach and dedication to excellence, she turned first-time guests into loyal learners, eager to return for more.

Experience culinary excellence with Eliane Muskus, a former award-winning professional chef, business graduate, world traveler and cookbook author who has made a seamless transition from the professional kitchen to the digital landscape.
After completing her culinary education in New York, USA, Eliane returned to France, where she served as a head chef on a mega yacht in the Mediterranean, catering to high-profile clients from around the world. Her culinary journey also took her to Switzerland, the UK, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Curaçao. Following her tenure on the mega yacht, she established her culinary business in Cannes, France, offering cooking classes, food tours, catering services, wine and cheese tastings, and a chef's table restaurant. Five years ago, Eliane moved from Cannes, France, to Amsterdam, where she continued her success with a thriving culinary business. Last December, after 23 years in the hospitality industry, she retired from the highly demanding professional kitchens to start Epicurean Adventure. This new venture allows her to share her extensive culinary expertise and passion with a global audience through meticulously crafted cooking tutorials and delicious recipes.
